About this Online Conversation

What does it look like to lead from the heart and within shared collective values and commitments? This conversation will explore leadership grounded in pedagogical commitments and values. When leaders operate from this space, it guides the direction of the team as well as informs all aspects of our work. Leading from the heart, finding joy and connection in our practice ignites shared passion, purpose and a collective vision that unifies our teams.

This casual dialogue offers a space to explore leadership and organizational structures that support the creation of a culture among the team situated in care, respect and shared visions.

How might we reconnect with our why, the joy of our work and find renewed energy through the power of collaboration, connection and companionship of others? How might leading from the heart compose spaces of belonging, expression, well-being and engagement for our teams in caring companions in pedagogy and practice?

This Online Conversation, facilitated by Tanya Andrejas, invites early learning and care managers, supervisors, and directors, as well as pedagogical and system leads to reflect and share insights with one another as we seek deeper joy, commitment and connection in our roles as leaders in the field of early learning.
